We will visit the hidden waterfall, walking back and forth for about 3,000 meters above sea level. Located 20 miles north of San Pedro de Atacama. We will enter the canyon of the river Vilama to access a jump of water, and natural pools. Surrounded by the presence of the protected cactus cardón. There is the possibility to cool off under the waterfall of the river Vilama.
Recommendations
Go with comfortable clothes for walking. Whenever possible, opt for trekking shoes. In case you want to swim, we recommend to go with the bathing suit you already dress and carrying a towel. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and 1L ½agua per person.
