1 month to 2 weeks 50% of the total tour of penalty, 2 weeks to 48 hours before the start of the 70% fee, 24 hours before the tour, the penalty will be 100%.

• If the person cancels the activity 2 weeks or less before the tour, will NOT be able to reschedule another date of tour.
• Participants that are not presented (NO-SHOW), do not receive a refund of any kind.
• If participants do not arrive at the agreed time to the meeting place, NOT makes any type of refund.
• In the event that the tour should be suspended for reasons of force majeure or fortuitous event, (weather, natural disasters, demonstrations, road blocks, or by orders of the government; for Example: Ministry of Health, ICT ) is rescheduled to a new date, the customer may apply to your booking to the new date or select another of our destinations, NOT make refund of money. In this case the staff of the agency is communicating with the client 12 hours before departure of the tour.

Our tours may be cancelled or rescheduled for the following circumstances:

• When the weather conditions or environmental are PROVIDED with a minimum of 24 hours in advance and prevent the tour according to the planned date, we reserve the right to cancel, or move the activity to another date.
• In either case, the people who have paid the cost of the tour, you will be informed with a maximum of 12 hours prior to the tour date.
• In the event of termination for cause, the Agency reserves the right to relocate or reschedule the activity within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
• In the case of any adverse conditions and unforeseen type of weather will be assessed a response in situ.

Those customers that have requirements and special needs must specify such requirements and needs to the company and THE COMPANY will do everything possible to accommodate the same, however, in the case of not being able to comply with it, THE CUSTOMER will be informed as soon as possible.

No returns will be accepted under any circumstances by the Agency of tours. Refunds will be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Refunds can take up to eight weeks and, in rare cases even longer.
