Recommendations
On the day before the tour we recommend drinking between 2 and 3 litres of water, do not consume alcoholic beverages, opt for a light dinner (preferably without meat), and sleep at least 8 hours. On the day of the tour, opt for a light breakfast, and dressing in layers (with clothes appropriate for temperatures under 0): first thermal layer, sweatshirt, jacket, trekking pants, thermal socks, waterproof trekking boots, hat, gloves, and a bandana for face protection.
