Policies and conditions for tours

All bookings of tours and services must be submitted exclusively to the following email contacto@relatalotu.com.
Emails with requests for reservations for dates less than 10 days notice will be subject to availability for the tours as requested.
The tour Termas de puritama must be booked 20 days in advance because the park has a capacity of 12 people per pool. So it is subject to availability. The agency may cancel the tour up to the day of start of the program, giving an alternative to complete the program.
The requested booking will be confirmed only once payment has been taken of the 50% of the services and/or excursions. The deposit will be made through our bank account via online transfer or link for payment 30 days before the start of the tour or program.
The total value of the itinerary must be paid for a maximum of 15 days before the start of the first tour.

Cancellations

With more than 15 days in advance there is no penalty
From 14 to 8 days before arrival: charge 50% of the total tour or program.
From 7 to 0 days charged 100% of total tour or program.
All cancellations must be sent to the following email contacto@relatalotu.com which must be answered as received by our reservations team.
The prices and terms of applicability are subject to change of price list, informed by the tour operator.

Program modifications and/or tour

Changes will be accepted up to 15 days in advance prior to the start of the program, or service.
All modifications must be sent to the e-mail contacto@relatalotu.com and must be confirmed by our reservations team according to the availability.

Cancellation of Tours

Before eventualities, such as sand storm, rafas of winds, close to parks, snow storms, rain, electrical storm, earthquake, volcanic activity, floods, landslides, courts road, flooding of rivers, among others that may prevent the normal development of the activity. Our agency will provide an alternative to the tour starting, who doesn't want to join this proposal shall be the refund of 100 % of the value of the tour. In the event of a change of tour will be charged the fare difference in the case that there is.

Returns

All returns must be made via e-mail contacto@relatalotu.com
In any case, will be no refund for No Show at the time of service.
Refunds will be processed with a maximum of 20 business days .

Theft, loss of objects, documentation.

Our agency will not be responsible for theft, loss of items, accessories, documents, bank cards and other belongings left in the vehicles. Our agency will exhaust all means to be able to assist in finding lost objects, even put his otherwise made available to a person of the team to accompany them to the police authorities if necessary.
